Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (well-being)
we learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are
1. Taha Tinana – Physical well-being
2. Taha Wairua-Spiritual-well-being
3. Taha Hinegaro-Social and Emotional -wellbeing
4. Taha Whanau-Family well-being
for my Taha Tinana I did a all of sport so this is what I did netball rugby and tags and this helps me with my Fitness
