Why we should all play sports|writing

Did you know that sports improves your health?

I think we should all play sports because sports helps to improves your stamina, endurance and will make your heart stronger. For example, swimming, it helps with your stamina, legs and arms since you kick your legs, move your arms while doing free style, when your exhausted but keep on going, your training your body to go even further.

Sports can’t only help you physically and financially, it can help mentally! For example, Ronaldo, he’s already a billionaire just from sports! The reason it helps mentally is because when your playing with other people, your not lonely so your basically socialised person.

Sports makes you want to eat healthy because when you want to get better at sports you learn, and after all you research and watching videos you found the first key to getting better at playing most sports! Which is… Eating healthier! The main ingredients you saw were sweet potatoes, broccoli and spinach.

Sports can help you to go outside more since you need to train your body to remember how to do some type of pattern to get past you opponents. You would probably ask your siblings or your parents so you don’t feel lonely and you have someone to test you moves on!

So in conclusion you should play sports!
