1. The similarities of these two insects are that they both have an antennas, legs, a head, a thorax and an abdomen. The differences between these two species are that the Cicada has compound Eyes and wings and the Wētā has an exoskeleton and spiracles.

 

 

2.they all are different shapes and sizes which is good and  wētā have big pumping legs and cicadas have little moving fast legs.

 

3. Grasshoppers are a characteristic of a weta and mayfly is a characteristic of a cicada.

 

 

4.I think that the cicada does have spiracles because I have seen a cicada at the park before and my garden it had dots behind the wings
