Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (wellbeing)
We learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up.they are:
Taha Tinana- Physical well-being
Taha Wairua-Spritual well-being
Taha Hinegaro- Social and emotional well-being
Taha Whanau- Family well-being
For Taha Tinana I did soccer which helped me with fitness
