Napier Bluff Hill Lookout The BHL (bluff hill lookout) i can see the ocean, green grass and the road filled with big cars. I can hear the noisy cars, oceans choppy waves and the wind whooshing past. I can feel the wind in my hair, the grass tickling my ankles. Thank You!!!
