A:Rugby was introduced to New Zealand in 1870 by Charles Monro.
2.)When did New Zealand play their first rugby game?A: it wasnt until 1893 when the All Blacks team was founded but they weren`t called the All Blacks until the year 1905 Before that they were called the New Zealand Moāri.
3.) When did New Zealand play their first international game?Did they win or lose? What was the score?A: They`re called the All Blacks because of their uniform were the “Blackest of the black”. Their Uniforms consisted of all black besides the sliver fern symbol that was on their uniforms.

They won the National Rugby world cup in 1987 which was co-hosted by New Zealand and Australia.The Haka Before their games, the All Blacks perform a traditional war dance called the Haka. The Haka was a fighting dance and war cry for their people so thats why they do it. They perform it with an extreme amount of intensity to intimidate the other teams.
