Do you know what a tessellation is ? No well I can teach you it is like a pattern that goes on and on. It can be made out of anything but it has to be symmetrical if it is not it won’t work and it won’t be a tessellation, it is like art but mixed with Geometry so it is like maths art. If you are bored it is a great idea but you can rage. 

Art is great more when it is mixed with maths. Our class made fish Tessellation art, the steps are pretty easy when you watch a video. First you needed to cut out a square even though that was hard for some people because if it was not perfect it wouldn’t work. Then you work hard to make a semi circle and cut it out then use it as a template to make one right under it then make a triangle on the bottom then translate it to the top and then tape everything up, then you’re gonna be done with your template.

 When you’re done with the fish template you get a hard white paper and trace your fish over all over the paper then you use Sharpie to go over the fish when we watercolour so it won’t leak out. It is gonna look very good if your pen is all over the fish.

So overall art was really fun and it helped me make my patiences  a little bigger. It was really good except for the shapes parts that made me rage so if you are bored make a tessellation it does not have to

be a fish it was great and you should try too.
