Did you know that sports is good for you? Sports is great for you in different ways, like making you fit and strong, less device time and helps your self esteem/mental health. I hope you believe me at the end of my explaining.
Sports is good for you and makes you fit and strong for example soccer/football! Soccer/football makes you run more which keeps you fit and another example is swimming! Swimming makes you hold your breath or blow bubbles underwater which makes your lungs stronger.
Sport is better than your device, don’t believe me let me tell you. Firstly if you do something other then going on your device you will have less device which is good for you. Secondly if you want to lose weight sports will make you move more unlike sports.
Sports can boost your self esteem-mental health. As evidence of you play basketball and you get the winning goal you will feel good about yourself. Another example is if your in a team you can make friends with your teammates which will make you more happy and social.
For the reasons that I told you which is, makes you fit and strong, less device time and boost your self esteem-mental health. I hope you agree that everyone should play sports.

Rules of rugby

I created this poster using the Canva platform.
what I like most about canva is the easy access to pictures for my poster.
what I found most difficult in canva is how to size the letters to be the right size.
