Our focus for term 1 was about hauora (well being).
we learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. in the Whare Tipa wha model are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
- Taha -Tinana-physical well-being
- Taha Whairua-Spiritual Well-being
- Taha hinegaro-Social and Emotional well-being
- Taha Whanau-Family-wellbeing
For my Taha tinana i did Football because it helped me dedicated and helped with my fitness.
