Should Year 7/8s compete at polyfest?
Yes, I think this because the students will get more experience of what it’s like to perform in front of a big crowd. Another reason would be so they can extend their knowledge of the different cultures and places they all come from. It makes them acknowledge that where they come from is apart of their identity as a person. People would like to see younger students perform at polyfest because it will be a different type of experience, not only seeing secondary schools compete but our year 7 / 8 students adding on to the excitement and joy polyfest competitors bring to the people watching them. Overall It would be great seeing different groups of all ages aligable, to perform.
