Minecraft project

Hello me and my group of Evan, Daniel, Te rina, and Athena-rose built trees, building, and Nz native birds plus here’s some pictures of the thing’s we made

  1. What NZ identity features did we include? Nz Trees Nz’s native bird and landmarks
  2. What did I learn about Aotearoa during this project? That there are many different landmarks, Nz native birds , and trees
  3. What digital skills did I use? I used mine building skills
  4. What would I do differently next time? Try and get it look more alike

How well did we work together? It was pretty good but we missed up a little

P.P.D.A.C Cycle

Problem –  what? , who? How?

Plan- how to gather data.

Data- how data is collected, managed and sorted.

Analysis- Exploring and reasoning.

Conclusion- Answering the question.

Quantitative (QN) vs Qualitative (QL)

QN means answering the question in numbers

QL means category data. Answers in words.

Discrete (D) Vs Continuous (C)

D means- answer in while numbers

C means- answer that can also be in decimals.

Term 1 STEAM Reflection 2025

Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (well being).

We learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:

1. Taha Tinana – Physical well-being

2. Taha Wairua – Spiritual well-being

3. Taha  hinegaro – Social Emotional well-being

4. Taha  Whanau – Family well-being
