This week in steam we learned about Sir Edmund Hillary and how he climbed Mount Everest with his pal Tenzing Norgay. There was 5 camps where tenzing and sir Edmund Hillary had to go to climb mountain. Near the top of the mountain there was so little air that they had to wear oxygen tanks that were quite heavy and the slippery ice near the top made it a death zone that’s why it’s called “the death zone.” Anyways I’m getting off topic we mad a timeline about sir Edmund Hillary
