me and Evelyn have been making the maze and pond but out pf all we think making the ponds were the hardest and the easiest was the maze

our nest step is to expand the maze so its bigger

I learned how to grow  also learned the older it gets the more you need to water provid It. It was really really healthy and grow so well but I think next time I should make it so it can grow strate so it won’t be so workey but it grew super good we took care of the plant until it sprouted and we could see the shell stuck on the little plant we inspected it for a bit then carried on taking care of our plant.

On Tuesday 20th August 2024 we did a experiment with plants like trying to grow the plant without sunlight we went in groups by swimming groups and I got with Wenny, Charlie, Malu, Libby, Claudia and Lucia we got to put food colouring in water and put the celery in the water for it to drink we were testing if it would change colour and it worked it dyed the plant blue because we use blue food dye we also took photos of it but someone accidentally spilled our one and we couldn’t make another one so my group didn’t have one of our own so instead we took photos of other peoples celery .We looked at other peoples celery in food colouring their celery turned blue in just a few minutes it was very fascinating some were red some were blue depends what food colouring they chose. It was very disappointing that my groups didn’t have our own to take photos of someones groups celery was rotting and becoming slimy, mushy, and green instead of blue it was so yucky. I saw someone touch it and their hands go super slimy and green mush all around it it was very disgusting to see up super close but the other one was fine and one was completely rotten and one was just starting  to rot to a little bit it was still yucky. The next day we saw the celery turn dark blue all the way to the top it was so cool that could happen just over night so fascinating.

This week I learned about plants like how they eat and what they can do the chestnut tree is so important because chestnuts are dense with calories , rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, the leaves contain higher levels of essential plant nutrients then other local tree specie other plant like tomato also provide us with food lots of plant provided us with food and products most importantly air to breathe. Without plants no human would be alive now on Earth that is why trees are so important to us human being and also why we should try to save the earth from pollution.

Plants are important because they make air for us to breathe and some of them we use to eat and get nutrshon for the human body and in thinges like salad sometimes in dressings it is good for human health and everyone needs to eat it even once a day or once a week to stay healthy. It contains vitamin that are good for us.

Why do we need plants?

We need plants because plants give us oxygen to breath with and sometimes we evern eat them for nutrition for us to eat.

How do plants help us

Plants eat the carbon dioxide to make air for us to breath in air because without plants we would die because we breath out carbon dioxide that the plants turn into air.

we planted plants there were options of ether tomato or cucumber I chose tomato when we put the seed in we watered it then we left it and did more work the next day the plant grew a lot it was getting bigger every day and we took photos of them so we can see how much they grew every day so we have so many photos it’s basically a life cycle from seed to a adult plant as it grows we will observe it and take care of them to learn whet they need how to keep then alive and why we need to help the plants from pollution.

A living animal can move like plants they follow the sun but animals they use their legs to move around to find food to find water animals and plants are both living animals so they both need to breath animals need air and plants need carbine dioxide it is their air animals need to find food but plants make their own food and water it they don’t get enough they can die from starvation or thirst to death but things can’t die they can only break unlike animals they need people to move around r they can’t move to places they also don’t tf need food to survive like cars they don’t eat but they do need oil to power up animals can grow but man-made things can’t grow because they are made to stay like that until they break a part.
