Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (well-being).
We learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
1.Taha Tinana-Physical well-being
2. Taha Wairua-Spiritual well-being
3.Taha Hinegaro-Social and Emotional well-being
4.Taha Whanau-Family wellbeing
For my Taha Tinana I went for runs and played volleyball to help my Taha Tinana
