We gather here on this special day,
to honour all our soldiers who passed away.
Who fought a tough battle for us to be here,
who sacrificed their lives so we would not fear.
We will never forget this memorial day,
these soldiers names will never fade away.
On this solemn day, we stand side by side,
their names in our hearts, an eternal guide.
Anzac day, a day to cheer and say,
thank you to the hero’s in every way.
A time to thank, soldiers who fought true and frank.
With heads bowed down, we take a minute,
for the freedom they gave were all in it.
