What is a cinquain poem?

A Cinquain Poem is a poem where the first word starts with a title. Then on the next line you have two words the describe the title. On the third line you have three words that end in “ing” like scaring, defending and attacking. The fourth line needs four words that make a phrase about the title and the last line has one word which is a synonym of the title.
