TGS SPORT

Paragraph 1

On Tuesday I had a softball tournment. In the morning I woke up and saw the time and it was 7 AM. I was shocked so I ran to the bathroom and changed as quickly as I could. My mum told me to get ready really quickly and I did. So after getting ready I ate my breakfast and ran to the car when we were going to school there was so much traffic! I was really angry and worried that I would miss my softball tournament. 

Paragraph 2

So finally I arrived at school and the bell rang! I ran really really fast and saw the girls go inside the car for the tournament. My friend told me to change quickly into the pe gear so I went inside the hall and saw the boys there. The boys told me that I had to go to our teacher Mrs Watson. So then I saw Mrs Cosford and she asked me “ am I going to the softball tournament?” And I said” yes.

So then l kind of got sad that I am late and then I started crying. Mrs Cosford told me that it’s all right. So suddenly I saw Mrs Watson and Mrs Watson saw me and said” O Kanishka you’re here today and I said yes. So then Mrs Watson gave me the TGS pe gear and told me to get ready quickly. So I ran to the bathroom and changed really quickly. After changing I ran to Mrs Cosford’s car and sat down. But then Mrs Cosford asked me if I had my hat with me and I said” no. So I ran inside my class and got my hat out and ran back to the car again.

Paragraph 4

Finally we were going to the tournament and I was kind of nervous, excited. Finally we reached the park for our softball tournament and I saw a lot of schools participating in the game. After taking the roll we went to find a place to sit and then we found a place to sit down. So after sitting down we put some sunscreen on our face and legs and shoulders.After putting some sunscreen on we went to practice   ballling and batting. After practising we went to the boys and saw them playing with another school. They were doing so well that I could not do it like that.

Finally! It was the girls softball game . I was very excited to play softball with another school. Our teacher Mrs Dissmyer told us to be in a lime I was 3d. When two people went it was my turn and I was quite nervous doing the batting. But when the girl was balling I just concreted on the ball and when she threw the ball I hit  it and ran as fast as I could. But sadly I got out. I was quite sad but also I was really happy that I hit the ball because I was really bad at batting in softball. So after batting the teacher told me that I did really good in batting and that made my day half nice.

After everyone’s turn the score was that we lost. Which made us a little bit sad but still we were really proud of ourselves. After the game we had a break to eat our food. I didn’t feel really hungry so I just ate my apple. After our break we had another game and it was fun. We were first standing and watching out for any ball. But there was no ball coming our way so it was quite boring in the second game. After playing 2 games, we finished our softball tournament and I was so tired that I could not even walk. After having some rest our teacher Mrs Watson told us to sit down on the grass so we sat down and the other schools sat down.we heard it was going to be an assembly. So we clapped and clapped. After the assembly it was time to go to school. I was actually really happy that we are going to school. Finally we got back to school. I Changed into my school uniform and went inside to my class and saw my friends.

When I went to my friends I told them all about my softball tournament. I also told them that it was really fun and we must try it again next year.

Paragraph 1

On Friday 3 March I was running late for school. When I got to school and tried to open the door but it was locked I tried to open it again but it didn’t open so I went to the office door and tried to open it and it opened so I went inside school and I didn’t see anyone their in the Kahu also I could not hear anything.

So then I went upstairs to the Tui’s and saw nobody there. I felt quite nervous not seeing anyone there. So then I went downstairs to the Kahu’s and opened my iPad to see the Wataka and on the Wataka it said that there was going to be Athletics Day!

I felt really sad and ashamed because I didn’t remember that there was Athletic’s day today. But suddenly I thought about what I would do at school!? So I thought for a minute and thought I should make a toast at the breakfast club. So I went to the breakfast club and made a toast and a smoothie because I didn’t have anything in the morning to eat. After I ate my breakfast I went to see what I should do. I thought I could do my homework but I had already finished that so then I thought a lot and could not find anything to do.

Paragraph 4

Suddenly I got a thought that there is nobody at school and I could do anything I wanted to do. I was really excited by that thought. So I jumped on the couch and had so much fun that I got so tired. So then I had a break from jumping and went outside to get a drink of water. After having a drink of water I went inside and got my iPad from my trouter. And then played some games which was really fun! After playing some games the bell rang and I got my lunchbox and went inside again and turned on the TV and connected it and watched some YouTube. After I ate my morning tea I thought I should go outside and play. But I noticed one thing that there was no fun without my friends.

After I played outside I went inside and saw the time and it was 11:05 AM. I thought I could do some reading so I went to the library and got a book. After I got my book I heard some noises of jumping, screaming, laughing, and stomping. I thought the TGS students and teachers came back from Athletic days. So I went outside to the field and saw so many people there and I was so happy to see everyone at school. But also I was feeling quite embarrassed that I did not go to athletics day and came late to school.

So I ran as fast as I could and then said” hi to Miss Rowland. And Miss Rowland said” what are you doing here? she said” I came late to school and forgot that there was Athletics day. So then Miss Rowland told me that she will talk to me later. I felt quite nervous and sad because I thought that I would get growled by Miss Rowland and Mrs Fowler. But then my friends called out my name and said that I had missed out on Athletics day. And I said” I know that and I came late to school so that’s why I missed Athletics day. 

Paragraph 7

Next we went inside school and got to do a blog about Athletics day. And then Miss Rowland asked me to come into the breakout room and talk to her. I felt very nervous and scared. When Miss Rowland asked me what I was doing in the school alone I said” that I was doing my homework and reading Newsela. I got so sad because I was lying to Miss Rowland and not telling the truth about what I was doing at school alone.

So on the next morning at school we had assembly and after assembly we went back to our home whannu place. And then Mrs Fowler came and asked me to come with her. I was so nervous and scared that I would get growled at by Mrs Fowler. But then Mrs Fowler opened her laptop and showed me the CCTV cameras recording and on the recording it was me in the kitchen and in the Kahu’s place. She asked me what I was doing in the school alone? I had no words to say except sorry for doing this.

Paragraph 9

So then I saw Mrs Fowler’s grumpy face and she said to me that she could email my parents for doing this in school. But I said sorry to her again for doing this thing in school. And then Mrs Fowler told me that she forgives me for doing stupid things in the school.
