Convince me!

As a student at The Gardens School, one rule I wish wasn’t a rule is that we’re not allowed to wear jewellery. I think we should be able to wear jewellery because in the terms W.I.N.G.S, in innovate meaning introduce something new which with jewellery like bracelets rings necklaces would what I think would be introducing something new to this school or to ourselves and it wouldn’t affect the school uniform.

I also think that we should be allowed to wear jewellery because some people don’t like the school uniform which means if they were allowed to wear jewellery it would become something they would like to wear. I like wearing jewellery and making it so if other people wear jewellery when we’re not allowed to wear it, they would get in trouble but when teachers wear it they don’t and I know it’s fair because they’re older and they’re teachers but if you think a little bit more on our ( the students) side I think it would be fair if we would be able to wear maybe up to 3 bracelets 2 rings and one necklace. 

In my opinion I wouldn’t  wear jewellery everyday and I wouldn’t wear giant hoops or anything like that but I would wear nice things like bracelets and rings. I hope that this convinces you to let us wear jewellery and I get it that it’s a safety thing but we can always take it off before PE.
