Our focus for Term 1 was about hauora (wellbeing )
We learned about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha
Model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
1. Taha Tinana- physical well-being
2. Taha Wairua- spiritual well-being
3. Taha Hingaro- social and Emotional Well-being
4. Taha Whanu – Family well-being
For my Taha Tinana , I did a hike up a mountain. This helped me with my physical fitness
