The Olympics in 776 BC was held every 4 years to honour Zeus and still is up to this day. In 393 AD The Roman Emperor Theodosius I banned the Olympic Games for religious reasons claiming that they encouraged paganism and that’s where the Olympics stopped for centuries until modern years where it had been revived again. As for now the Olympic have been getting a lot of hate because of the mocking of catholic people by recreation of “the last supper” but using drag queens and a man in blue which a lot of people around the world have been offended by this stunt done by the people.
