have you heard of athletic’s day?
Athletics day is an amazing day I will explain my experience with the day and explain what it is for the people that don’t know It’s a day where the whole school goes to a huge place where there are lots of sports and fun things also there are lots of competition that is going on there I’m pretty sure everyone was having fun according to everyone having a smile on their face.
but unlucky for me I could not have a smile on my face because I had something called Inflammation is a normal part of the body’s defense to injury or infection, and, in this way, it is beneficial. But inflammation is damaging when it occurs in healthy tissues or lasts too long. Known as chronic inflammation that can last for months or even years.
I was sad but I could do a job it was raking the sand for long jump and it was absolutely awful I was so tired and so hungry and in so much pain like if I had been shot in my back multiple times that put me in a really bad mood but spectacular when the teacher was telling me to hurry up it put a bunch of stress on my lower back and hip what caused me to have an even badder mood.
But because of the thought of going home kept me through the day and kid keeps coming and I keep having to keep raking over and over and over it was terrible I was in so much agonising pain and I wanted to go home or even just eat i was starving and I could hear my heart pounding I felt that my head was going to explode there was so much tension on my head I felt that if my blood pressure had increased.
and then at last it was morning tea and I was so hungry that I was going to starve to death But I was so happy “finally lunch” as I said in my head and I had all of my food at morning tea then I was so full that I felt like a balloon and it was relaxing that I could have a break but it felt like 2 minutes and I was back to doing that same thing again.but hours later it was lunch I jumped in joy because I was so tired and in so much pain and that I could finally relax but just like morning tea it felt like 3 minutes but oh well after lunch I went back to work.
And in my mind I went “just a couple of minutes” and finally the teacher that I was helping says you can go back on to the Bleachers and when I went back I went to all my friends and Eric nicely gave me an half juicer and I said thank you and went to spectate and they were the final relays and I was so surprised how fast those kids and finally at last we got to go home
