Our focus for term 1 was about Hauora (Well-being).
We learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha.In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are the 4 walls that make it up.They are:
1. Taha Tenana – Physical Well-Being
2. Taha Wairua – Spiritual Well-Being
3. Taha Hinegaro – Social and emotional Well-Being
4. Taha Whanau – Family Well-being
For my Taha Tinana I did Volleyball for my fitness
