1. Train and work hard for the Olympics.
2. Got to have a strict diet and stick to that (No cheat days).
3. Always try to push past your limits (Even if you don’t want to).
4. Always drink at least 2 glasses of water a day (No Soda or fruit juice).

This is great just be more pacific e.g “2 glasses of water” I can have a small glass” and for the 2 add the word two, but this is great overall
