Quinn Quinn Quinn Quinn!!!!! Wake up its you brain voice and its athletics day and  what said the real me ok thats not how this is going to go. First well i am going to tell you what i did so first i did long jump thats basically you know what its in the name and i did the 400 hundred meter sprint and the 100 meter sprint and the 800 meter race why did i tell you what i did tell you what i did well i needed a ecsus to extend the intro why because we had to have paragraphs six sentences long

 

Ok so first i will tell you about long jump so it was me liko lucas shivish tom josh and heeps more people luckily i was first in line munch munch oh sory i was eating a cookie and i was very very …   bad yea so im not that good with jumping long distances but the other things are have a sliet difference and well yea

 

So who ever is reading this book this the 100 meter sprint so that dint go so well either but … 

But but but but at leat this time i know what place a came and i was hhhhhhhh haaaaa fith

Yep fith and that is better than the last one right oh and my friend tom came first so good job to him and josh i think he came second in that one i dano

 

Ok the 400 meter i did a bit better in that i think i was like fourth or third but tom came drum roll please first he he you thought i was gonna say last in fact he came first in the things he did ok back to me and the 800 meter is there real story

 

The 800 meter was a real run so evry one was lining up my house was cheering for me go Quinn go Quinn my heart was pounding go Quinn go Quinn it was like it was all down to me it was so nerve racking and on you marks      get set      go bang!!!!!!! As the two bits of wood smashed together also you had to merge onto lane one so I went on to it and i dashed down the lane like i was running from some kind of monster I was ruing down the lane and i heard people for long jump chewing for me i looked back I saw there was a lot of space between me and waka he is also on of my friends i was going round the bend and kacey was there saing go Quinn by the way tom wasn’t in this race so i new i had a chance so i could see the grand stand beside me and i saw my brother Isaac Lee he didn’t say eany thing tho i had past the finish line i heard the bell ring that told me that i had done my frist lap i didn’t hear one for like 20 seconds so thats was good i looked back again and i saw waka was over taken by shivesh he was fast but he was caching up i heard five mor bells ring that was like a minute later rahan over took waka so i told my self not to stop and new i could win if i didint stop had gone round the first corner but i new there was one more to go. I saw Tom at high jump two and when I got round and saw the people at long jump cheering for me. I was so tired but I kept pushing my self forward and when the time comes round the bend moments later I …    went round the bend and i won
