It was introduced to New Zealand in 1870 by Charles Monro.

Their first game Rugby game was on Saturday the 14th of May 1870.

3. When did New Zealand play their first international game? Did they win or lose it?
It was against Australia  on August 15th 1903. New Zealand won with a score of 22-3.

4. When was the New Zealand team called the All Blacks and how did they become known as the All Blacks?
They were originally called during the tour 1905-1906. Because of their uniform which is all black. How is the same as why. Its original name was the Maorilanders (New Zealanders of colonial NZ).

5. Name 3 of their best players and what they are known for.
Richie McCaw, Dan Carter and Jonah Lomu.
Richie McCaw is known for their leadership, skill and transformative impact on the game.
Richie McCaw is known for being one of the greatest players and most successful Captions.

6. What do the All Blacks perform before each game? What does it mean and why do they perform it?

They perform the National anthem and haka to represent our country and to honour the Māori culture and heritage and to foster team identity and prepare the team.
