I would domesticate …
If you could domesticate an animal, what would it be and why ? Firstly we need to find out what domestication means. If something is domesticated it means it is something friendly but not deadly. Most animals are domesticated like hamsters and dogs. But animals you find in the wild are not domesticated like tigers and lions – you would have to train them to be domesticated.
Now that you know the meaning of domesticated, what animal would you domesticate ? You might want to have lions or tigers? But why would you want a lion or a tiger as a domesticated animal maybe because they are dangerous but you want to be friends with them. Maybe you should think more deeply like a wombat or a Tasmanian devil.
So I thought I might have a domesticated blue-ringed octopus. Because a blue ringed octopus is one of the world’s most venomous marine animals. If this animal bites you it will block nerve signals throughout the body, causing muscle numbness. Other symptoms include nausea, vision loss or blindness, loss of senses and loss of motor skills. I would domesticate this animal because it will keep people safe from its poisoning and it is a glow in the dark animal.
Overall I think it would be pretty cool to have a blue ringed octopus. But there are other animals that can be domesticated so if we go to the first question what animal would you domesticate and why?
