Arliah was a student at Oxford University and had a GPA of 0.4. She had always gotten bullied by her peer Eloise. Eloise never liked Arliah because of how smart and poor she was. She always had something to say when Arliah achieved something, like ‘ Oh it’s not like you have the looks you only have brains’ but lucky for Arliah she had many friends that would be there for her.

One day Eloise came to her lecture and started calling Arliah names. ‘ EW! Why are you so fat? LOSER. No one will ever like you because you’re so ugly and you dress like a hobo’ That’s when everything inside of Arliah snapped. She burst into tears and ran to her dorm. She had stayed there for the rest of the day, and also refused to talk to anyone.

One week later Eloise never came to her lecture. Arliah thought that was weird until she stormed in with puffy eyes like she had been crying all night. She went to the professor and apologised for being late. While on their break Arliah took all the courage up inside her and went up to Eloise and said ‘are you ok?’ She replied with ‘go away Loser I don’t need your help’ So Arliah just walked away.

It happened again but Eloise opened the door this time. She said her parents had been fighting and one day everything snapped her dad left and her mum became an addict to drugs and booze. She can’t go home now because it’s not safe. Arliah told her ‘ even though you’ve been mean to me I will forgive you because even though you hurt me alot i will still help you and support youthrough these tough times and if your not ready that’s fine I will still be by your side’

‘ thank you Arliah And i’m sorry can we be friends?’ said Eloise. Arliah agreed and they never let each other get hurt or bullied.
