Yesterday I did this. Celery felt like wet.It looked like it was drying up.Now it looks good.We poured 1/2 cup of water.With 15 drops of  food colouring.The plant felt soft dry.

Overnight it Got hard And wet.It drank one third of the water.Looks a lot more healthy.Than yesterday it looked dead.I saw it more like it had,Drank a decent amount of water.
