TERM 4 Kaitiakitanga

week 1

For week 1 me and my friend Marwan did a map of the world and the rules that are no criative no hacking and no comands. And that is for week one and the aim of the game is to go to the end of the obby you save a plant if you take to long than it will die.

In my world I showed kaitiakitanga by making a fish tank on the side and because you answer questions about kaitiakitanga and there is a fish pond on the side with a lot of fish

My world shows kaitikitanga  by you having to answer a few questions about kaitiakitanga I mean 15 questions and the questions help you lern about kaitiakitanga 

WHAT I HAVE LEARNT ABOUT KAITIAKITANGA.

I have learnt about kaitiakitanga because now I know that it is about nature and caring about it is about saveing nature i think and we did blake vr and we did tread lightliy.

Week 4/5 ST.E.A.M Term 4 kaitiakitanga

In this week I builder a little thing it is basically like there is a wall and on a wall thir I a ladder on the wall and you climb the ladder and there is two and if you click the wrong one you fall open to lava and die and there is a bed for checkpoint. the world is big and long.

I found out about its habitat, the stages of its life cycle, threats, conservation efforts and any other fun facts.

We then created a fact file about the turtle.’

Week 3 STEAM

Marine animals have diverse life cycles depending on their species and ecological niche. Here are some common life cycle patterns observed in marine animals:

Oviparous – Producing young by means of eggs which are hatched after they have been laid by the parent.

Viviparous- Give birth to live young.

Ovoviviparous – Once the egg hatches, it remains inside the mother for a period of time

Metamorphosis

Change of physical form, structure, or substance.

STEAM Week 2-Diving into the ocean

‘This week for STEAM we learned about the different ocean zones. I researched and created a labelled diagram of each zone. It had to include a description of the zone’s characteristics, pictures of the animals that live in each zone and a brief description of the zone. There are 5 different zones which include: the sunlight zone (epipelagic), the twilight zone (mesopelagic), the midnight zone (bathypelagic), the abyssal zone (abyssopelagic) and the hadal zone (trenches)’
