Every was different in the first few days in the kahu.You had to get a job no matter what! I had applied for wet-day monitor ,playgrounds angle and librarian. There is also camp at the end of the year I am definitely going!
Since it’s close to the lunar new year we got to make lanterns for me the cutting part was the hardest. I have also applied for selling juices the juices cost three dollars but if you bring the wrapper back you get a dollar back and if you weren’t the one who bought the juices you don’t get a dollar back. Working to sell juices is fun because you get to go to lunch early at 12:30.
We also have SDL. SDL is fun activity your allowed to if you finish all your work there is different topics in SDL such as NZCM, Māori and many more! You have an SDL book. The SDL book is to help with work suppose your stuck with an SDL task you can work it out in your SDL book.
PAL.PALS are portfolio in which you can store all your work such as math goals, resourcefulness -self management ect. What does PAL stand for? PAL stands for Portfolio Assessment Learning.
