This exciting week we did some amazing stuff we had a very fun task we had to get in to groups of 2-5 we had to make a timeline of very famous people and their ALL FROM NZ crazy right the first one Ernest Rutherford he was famous for finding what an atom is and cutting it in half fun fact everything in the world is made of tiny atoms that we can’t even see. Next the other person some people got was Sir Edmund Hillary he was famous for climbing tons of mountains such as Mount Everest last but not least Jean Batten she was the first person to fly a plane from U.K to NZ it took her 18 days that’s crazy ins’t it in my group we had Nathen Christian and me the timeline we made was perfect 👌 the next thing we did was we made the timeline on canva we added pictures and other stuff to make stand out

Term 1 STEAM Reflection 2025
Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (wellbeing).
we learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
1. Taha Tinana – physical well-being
2.Taha Wairua – spiritual well-being
3. Taha Hinegaro – social and Emotional well-being
4. Taha Whanau – family well-being
For my Taha Tinana i drank lots of water ate healthy and ran all this helped with my Taha Tinana (physical wellbeing).
