Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (wellbeing).
we learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
1. Taha Tinana – physical well-being
2.Taha Wairua – spiritual well-being
3. Taha Hinegaro – social and Emotional well-being
4. Taha Whanau – family well-being
For my Taha Tinana i drank lots of water ate healthy and ran all this helped with my Taha Tinana (physical wellbeing).
