Tesselation art 

We did some tessellations yesterday and also watercolour. We learned how to do them in our math workshops and along with our other work. Then finally we got to do some art about it. My friend and I made a honeybee Comb with hexagons. We tried to do it in a way there were bees making the honey while we did the tessellation.

  We also learned what tessellations are by watching a video. It told us that tessellations are actually made by one shape connected to make a whole picture. Tessellations have to be made only by the same exact shape used to make a whole pictures 

Tessellations is a very pretty kind of art that we can learn. They can be lots of fun if you try them.
