Our focus for Term 1 was about Hauora (well-being).
We learnt about Te Whare Tapa Wha. In the Te Whare Tapa Wha model that are 4 walls that make it up. They are:
- Taha Tinana – Physical well-being
- Taha Wairua – Spiritual well-being
- Taha Hinegaro – Social and Emotional well-being
- Taha Whanau – Family well-being
For my Taha Tinana, I did netball as a sport. This helped me with my fitness.
