STEAM Week 5.

At week 5 Tuesday 20 August 2024 Mrs Hayward got a yummy celery without the rots and we went in groups and Mrs Hayward gave us the instructions and show do we do it and I went with Gabrielle,Charlie,Malu,Lucia and Libby and also Claudia.Then Mrs Hayward gave us a plastic cup we fill the cup with water and Mrs Hayward said someone in our group needs to take pictures of us and we need a group name one person said flower girls the other said daisy girls we didn’t know which one to chose but no one said anything so we just continued.After we put food coloring in the water we needed to put 10 drops of food coloring and we each putted 2 drops each but Charlie putted 3 drops instead of2 drops I didn’t know why.After that we put the celery in the plastic cup and then we went to morning tea. At the end of the day our celery sucked the blue food coloring into the celery but it wasn’t that strong it was still so floppy. Then Someone accidentally made the cup spill  all over the table  and we had to restart that was very sad we didn’t had our celery to take pictures.The next day the plant was much stronger than yesterday we seen the detail in the celery and it was very exciting.Few days later a some groups celery is starting to rot.The next day all the celery’s disappeared we didn’t know why maybe the teachers put it away maybe because it’s rotting.
