1 it will take you a very long time 8-19 years long.
2 You have to eat like an Olympian about 2000-10,000 calories per day and the right food it has to be a mix of protein, carbs and other nutrients to help your body grow.
3 Working out and training you have to do that every day to get strong.
4 You have to have a set goal in your mind determined and have a really strong will. You will also need to put in a lot of effort.
5 You need to work out physical and mental for the challenges ahead, an Olympian works out on his body for 3-6 hours.
