Swimming
When I woke up in the morning, I was very excited because it was swimming. When I got to school I asked my friends if they were going swimming most were.
Swimming has a lot of benefits, so i think you should swim. Did you know that swimming keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength. helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
Swimming is very fun That’s why you should swim. And you can have races, or learn new things.
I think that was really good and it has some very good features. But you could have told a little bit more information but over all it was really nice.
